E-cert & Smartphone ID – Emailed within 24hrs. ($29.95) The digital version of your Emotional Support Dog’s Certificate includes their photo, name and US registration number. It also contains a QR Code that links to our registration search in the event the legality of your Emotional Support Dog is ever questioned your their official profile will always be accessible for immediate verification. A digital version of the front and back of your ID and also the FAQ Law wallet card (Department of Justice (ADA) Law on what a business is allowed under law to ask and not to ask) will also be include in the emailed version of your Emotional Support Dog’s Certification.These files can be printed and/or saved in any smartphone for any emergency. These documents are more than sufficient for verification.

3 Mini Emotional Support Dog ID Cards – Perfect for your keychain, your dog’s collar or vest. Your Mini Support Dog ID cards will include your dog’s photo, name, handlers name, phone number and US registration number. It also contains a QR Code that links to our registration search in the event the legality of your support dog is ever questioned your dog’s official profile will always be accessible for immediate verification.  The reverse side of your Emotional Support ID card includes our phone number, full access is required and that the handler and assistance dog are protected under federal law.
