• 1 Service Dog Certificate – Personalized service dog certificate with high def printing on a matte finish 28lb bond certificate paper. It is embossed officially, watermarked and contains a hologram. The hologram is a official seal with a specific US registration number that cannot be reproduced or duplicated. It includes a Photo of your Service Dog and description of completion of our Service Dog Program.
• 1 Service Dog ID Card – Your Service Dog ID card will include your service dog’s photo, name, date of birth, breed, gender, handlers name and US registration number. It also contains a QR Code that links to our registration search in the event the legality of your service dog is ever questioned your service dog’s official profile will always be accessible for immediate verification.  The reverse side of your Service Dog ID card includes the Federal ADA law regarding service dogs, our phone number and the Department of Justice Service Animal Hotline.
• 1 Service Dog Vest – 1 traditional with your choice of color and style (7 color options).
• Personal Profile – Your Service Dog will have a profile that can easily be accessed by providing the requesting party with your registration number and our web address. This can also be accomplished by scanning the QR code on your dog’s identification card. Just select the REGISTRATION SEARCH TAB and enter their registration number. In the event the legality of your service dog is ever questioned your service dog’s official profile will always be accessible for immediate verification.
• Federal ADA Law Card (Phone version and PDF) – Department of Justice (ADA) Law on what a business is allowed under law to ask and not to ask. This product will be emailed following your purchase.
• 4 Service Dog Stickers – Universally recognized for use at your discretion.
